Proficiency Certificate Level in the Medical Laboratory Technology Program is three years academic course in clinical laboratory medicine. This is the backbone of medical science as the laboratory medicine evidence-based.

Objectives of the Program
The objective of the Medical Laboratory Technology (CMLT) program is to produce competent and advanced knowledge and practical skills necessary to deliver high-quality health services needed for the country. Specifically, the program entails the following objectives:
To prepare qualified and skilled laboratory medicine professionals in clinical respect for socio-cultural values in their working environment.
To make a technician who will be able to work independently in the clinical lab.
To assist medical lab technologists to carry out specialized lab investigations.
To pursue further academic careers in Bachelor Degree (BScMLT)
Admission Criteria:
SLC passed with compulsory English, Math &Science or TSLC in Lab Technology
Must pass the entrance examination conducted by CTEVT
